- Fortnite Season 6 has brought many new features and challenges to the game.
- One of the challenges asks you to tame a boar.
- Game players can tame the animals in the game and can join their side.
With the second week of the season beginning, new challenges have been released to help players earn XP and unlock levels of the battle pass. This week, players are faced with the task of taming a boar. That’s why we’re here with a guide on how to do exactly that.
How to Tame Animals Like Wolves, Boars, and Chickens
Fortnite” season 6 has three different wild animals that game players will come across. They are boars, chickens, and wolves. In order to tame wild boars, game players need to throw fruit or a vegetable near the boar without it noticing you. As soon as it starts eating the fruit or vegetable that you threw, slowly sneak up to the wild boar and hold the interact bottom to tame it.
To tame wild chickens, “Fortnite” season 6 has the same strategy as “Zelda” as players need to grab the chicken to tame it, which would also allow players to glide for some time.
The best way to tame a boar in Fortnite is to first craft a Hunter’s Cloak. This will allow you to get close to the boar without it attacking you. Once you have Hunter’s Cloak crafted, which requires 2 bones and one set of meat, look for a boar.
The location of boars can be almost anywhere on the Fortnite map, but if you head to Colossal Crops, you should find some on the west side of the new location.
It is still unsure if “Fortnite” will add more wild animals in the future, but for now, the chickens and the wolves are likely the most useful out of the bunch, but the boars can be used as a great distraction too. It will be very interesting to see how the rest of the season will evolve moving forward.
