Popular battle royale game PUBG Mobile has almost 600 million subscribers globally. However, PUBG Corporation has decided to not take cheating via hacks lightly. In a massive crackdown on cheaters, banned 1,813,787 accounts.
PUBG Mobile officials have now released its 27th report for cheaters banned in the previous week, i.e., March 19th to March 25th. This week’s report revealed that over 1,813,787 accounts were banned from PUBG Mobile for cheating, with each receiving a permanent suspension.
PUBG Mobile developers have an anti-cheat system to prevent cheaters from ruining the experience Upon detecting any wrongdoing, it’ll immediately ban the user permanently from gaining access to the PUBG.
The developers also gave out the information regarding the type of cheats used :
- 6%: Modification of Character Model
- 19%: Modification of Area Damage
- 19%: Speed Cheats
- 23%: Auto-Aim Cheats
- 26%: X-Ray Vision
- 7%: Others

Within the latest anti-cheating report between March 19 and March 25, the bulk of cases are the modification of character model, auto-aim hacks, and X-ray vision.
According to the report, 29% of the accounts had to travel down for using auto-aim hacks or changing their character models. Additionally, 28% were ban for using X-ray vision, 19% for speed hacks, and seven for modifying the world damage.
In its latest anti-cheating report, PUBG Mobile said that 34 percent of accounts that were banned fell in the Bronze category and 13 percent of the share were in the Diamond category. The banned accounts from the Gold and Platinum tiers stood at 10 percent and 11 percent, respectively. Lastly, 12 percent of banned users were from the Silver category. The number of cheating players in the Conqueror category was the least.
Meanwhile, PUBG Mobile India fans have been left frustrated with multiple reports claiming that the battle royale game will not be launched anytime soon in the country.
